So, my i'm 22 yo 172 cm and 63 kg right now.
Something like 2/3 weeks ago i was 65.5 kg and from here i decided to go from a 3k maintenance to like starving for just few days and than a 1.5k calorie intake with a little bump on intake every 4 days (on average i've been on a 2k intake).

However the 2.5 kg i've lost are from the first days of starting, from there no signs at all. Is it possible that in only like 15 days my metabolism got fuckin destroyed?
I have also to say that i'm currently on exams period so i'm not going to gym and studying most of the time and my neat ecc is shit. What should i do from here? Maybe going back to my old maintenance and when i can go back to gym restarting doing this? Or just stick with what i'm doing?

Why just not go on a 2k diet in total

might sound crazy but for me having a day on higher calories makes everything really sustainable (i think I can continue on this path for still a long term without suffering the huger too much), at the end of the week the intake is the same of a 2k each day so nothing changes.

However there is the problem I described on the first message, idk if i'm just being greedy on results and i have just to stick more on the plan or I'm nuking my metabolism. I know that if I want to be 10/12% my metabolism is going to be at least a bit compromised, but i would accept this once i'm on that %, not after 2 kg :feelswhy:.

eat around maintenance and decide if you want to bulk or cut once you can go to the gym

mark as a solution
