Today’s the first day i started tracking calories and it seemed like it was easy. to easy, i ate all the foods i loved and im only at 1,900 calories. i just look at the package and put the calories into my calculator app. i’m not sure if im under reporting. i feel full and ate all the foods i love.

Always double check by manually calculating. Sometimes apps mistrack the calories in foods like on MyFitnessPal. So weigh it and do the math yourself or ask chatgpt to do the math if u cant do math

how can i make sure that im tracking the calories correctly besides double calculation?
 
You weigh every ingredient in your food. The rice, the chicken, the sauces, the oil, etc. You send Chatgpt images of the packaging or the links for the rice, chicken and sauces and you give it the weights and it will calculate for you

I cut to 7 percent bf withour ever tracking a calorie its quite easy. Do carnivore omad and walk a lot
