Can anyone confirm that putting in 10ml+ of filler into your face every year after several years will lead to massive facial bloating?

Facial fillers are great. They have more control than implants, the results are instant, you can get a sharpness that you can't get with implants etc.

But what about the people who have done them year after year, 10-15ml at a time, how are they holding up after 5-6 years of that? The hyaluronic acid never fully dissipates, it just becomes an unstructured glob in your face so over time your face will bloat. Can the hyaluronase breakdown all of this bloating? Or will the filler users just look like shit over time?

We also never see what those 10ml+ filler dudes who get it all in the jaw/chin look like after 2-3 months, let alone after 3-4 years. Do they turn into a freak?

Example of a prominent plastic surgeon who injected himself over the years:

I see a notable trend in facial bloating as they get older, yes. But celebrities have good bones so it can better mask the bloat and they don't need as much filler. I'm thinking about the guys who do 10-15ml at a time to compensate for their boneless faces.

Filler should never be used instead of osteotomies to give the appearance of additional bone mass in different parts of the face. However, they are still legit for creating sharpness and definition along facial contours. I remember this user who got fillers injected into his jaw and zygos. He didn't go overboard and retained most of the definition years after he had them first injected:

CJTA

He didn't go overboard and maintained a low bf percentage. A lot of people who get fillers have legitimate recession as well as excess facial fat and try to take shortcuts. Fillers can be pretty effective in moderation if you are already lean and have decent bone mass.

If you listen to your injector and dont go overbroad you should be totally fine. It depends a lot on the injectors skill and how your current base is, you should make sure you are very lean and go to a injector who uses the highest quality material. Where do you want to get them injected?

How you got fillers your self?

If you getting that much filler might as well go for an implant even if it will yield half the results
I’ve seen excessive fillers irl. Looks like mushed potatoes under ur skin, esp if ur recessed. Looks so wrong from profile

hes almost 60
Yeah. That's probably what happened with Tom Cruise.

He has/had 2 options.
1. Look wrinkled.
2. Don't look wrinkled, but have a very puffy face Asif you are severely overweight.

So, it's a choice. Between 2 evils.

I think still though.
It's better to go wrinkled (and lean face), than to go puf fish fat looking face but no wrinkles . As a man.
