Can bonesmashing cause brain damage?

I was wondering if i hit my browridge and zygos like heating them really hard going to cause brain damage if yes then what can i do to reverse it cuz i dont want to bonesmash my one zygo for an hour with low intensity thats funny

Because the fighters are using fists and not hammers.
The surface area on hammers is more even and therefore you can avoid significant force applied to certain parts of bone.
