Canthoplasty repositions lateral canthus, is it possible to reposition it more towards ears and lengthen eye?

Also is medial canthoplasty/pexy common at all

90% of the time canthopexy should be enough to fix rectacted lower eyelids. plasty is good for very severe nct but its also more invasive, ive seen a few good results but most look like they have down syndrome. its one of those surgeries where its very easy to get uncanny results

Some surgeon in montreal does canthopexy for 1000 dollars apparently

most if not all surgeons who do canthoplasty can do pexy too since its an easier less invasive procedure, they may just not have it listed on their websites because its less relevant

I wanna get fat grafts first incase my lower eyelid gets fixed enough from it and if im satisfied with my eye area enough after fat grafts around eyes

Canthopexy without fat grafts might look weird like im perma softsquinting idk eyes will still be bulgy

i dont know about significantly but normally yes its less expensive since its easier to perform and they dont reposition the lateral canthus and just add support to the lower eyelid.
