Can Chin Wing Osteotomy Widen Bigonion Width Without Making Angle More Shallow?

My gonion Angle is already 108° So it’s pretty boxy. Don’t want more or I’ll look like roblox head. Can chin wing widen gonion/improve chin projection and height without compromising this? In this diagram it seems to lower it ALOT
