Can doxxers be banned for good from this site?

They're trolls, probably even females. You literally can't post anything (yours or other people's pics you know) because some of these losers are just out there quoting pics and ruining your privacy.
Or at least let's create a list of them so nobody will send a pic, even privately, to one of them.

I don't want to have my pics or some of my friends' pics on this forum...sometimes it's good to post pics (even privately to trusted users) to provide some context but it's impossible if there are doxxers out there
We should have a reputation setting in place so the doxxers are known and trusted members are verified
