Can hip size i.e lenght vertically effect height?

I have 30 inch inseam at 5.9 which is average still my legs look long and torso is just 17 inches which is short and still growing . I just hit 18. I searched a lot on internet and almost everyone in my height range has same inseam . Pics included.My wingspan is 6'2

over for my proportions im 6’2 37.5 inch inseam and 6’8 wingspan
