You could but there are better alternatives for eyelashes like Prostaglandin Analogue

Minoxidil contains alcohol, so you shouldn't apply it to your eyelashes because ethanol dries them out. I wouldn't recommend using it on your eyelashes.
But you can apply it to a cotton swab and carefully apply it to your eyelashes without touching your eyes.

its safe for eyelashes, just try not to get it in ur eye theres also many alternatives that are safer and work better
