It's the opposite of what you want in your case but this is the only chance I'll get to mention it, one guy on youtube actually did change his skin color

His name was NukaZeus, in his case it worked because he wanted to be black. So he just injected a shit ton of melanotan so his body would produce as much melanin as possible, making him black for a time. Unfortunately he had to stop because it was too expensive, the amount you have to inject for this effect is absurd. If you're rich this is actually a pretty big looksmax as it allows white dudes to get the BBC halo. He was such a legend

But yeah unfortunately going the opposite way (becoming whiter) isn't really a thing
