most autisitc routine ive seen
yeah lol. you can adjust your workout based on however you feel. unless you’ve never worked out before you should be able to gauge properly, i’m assuming you don’t want a direct strength hit on your chest movements or something idk

Side delt doesn’t get activated during chest movements, only front delt. So yes, you can train side delt before chest.

makes no sense you dont use your side delts when doing chest

lateral raises make my entire shoulder sore tho not just side delts

lateral raises primarily target the lateral (side) deltoid muscles, they also engage the anterior (front) deltoids, along with other supporting muscles.
well in that case your form is probably jail worthy

They target the side delt, yes. Maybe there is a little front delt activation idk but you should not be “feeling it” in your front delt. And definitely not “feeling it” to the extent to which it will impair your performance on chest movements.

If your really that concerned train side delt after chest.
