Im 17, I had it when I was 15, took a while to fix, fixed it fully when I was 17 from corticosteroid injections. It came back again but this time I started using a hair stack. It grew faster alot faster but still super slow. I want my hair back by the end of the school year and I look like a freak. Recently it has come back again in the middle of my regrowth and I really want to get my hair back by the end of the school year so ive been looking into it more. Apparently its not my horrible genetics and its my fault. Ig my gut health is terrible? I dont really know. If anyone has any experience in this field id love to hear it. Im going to be taking stuff for my gut health very soon. I was also considering oral minoxidil for a couple years and praying that after like 2-3 years I will no longer have to use it and I will keep my hair. If I dont get durastic results this month from the gut health stack im gonna take it.

Yeah, gut health is very important for autoimmune disorders, focus on that. Alopecia Areata is hard to fight.

Why not continue injecting/applying topical steroids?

Omega 3 is not required unless you really don't eat too much fish. For 30 bucks you should be able to buy yourself enough for a month.
Not very experienced in all the other supplements, but I urgently recommend you to take 25-30mg elemental Zinc daily. Supports immune system and is honestly a basic for every man.

First and foremost, go test your self for vit D status and gluten sensitivity and allergy

400 is quite bad ngl. I also have an auto immune illness IBD and took oral corticosteroids, super bad sides, my cardio went to shit, was out of breath just climbing stairs, had super bloated face, mild psychosis like symptoms, mood swings, big apetite, no libido etc. But they work like a miricle for stopping symptoms completely

this stack is utter shit & anything you order from the big Amazon sellers is tainted with excipients which negate any of the positives, this should be lifefuel because at least you know now why nothing is working.

go onto pure bulk and purchase vitamin d powder, thiamine hcl, niacinamide

you are going to want to take 100mg of vitamin D a day and when you eat this, consume foods containing lots of calcium (cheese, milk, kale)

niacinamide 200mg 3 x a day

thiamine 1 gram every day or so.

Now, what do you eat on a daily basis?

I got the stack from Leo and longevity, also spent like 170 on it already. I’m praying that it works just let me cope. Just wondering any side effects to your stack? Also I take d3 without food. Ik it’s better absorption is it that much better? My diet is kinda bad rn cuz I’m bulking. Eating whatever I can atm. My main food rn are chicken, ground beef, pasta, avocado, rice, beans, and cheese

Might have misheard the levels tbh, connection was horrible. I’ll look into oral when all hope is lost, rn those side effects arnt worth it to me. Thanks for your input tho

that stack isn’t going to work & will actually make things worse lol. Leo & Longevity is no expert, he has a laundry list of video ideas and researches a topic for an hour then collates all the surface level information he finds into a video. it’s a business after all. No side effects to my stack, only positives.

You are going to want to cut out pasta, avocados, beans, chicken, ground beef

Avoiding things which are hard to digest is essential, people often swear by ‘complex carbs’ as they take long to digest as if that is a positive thing lol. Avoid all plants above the ground too. Diet should consist of milk, cheese, sugars (yes) - you can add this to your milk, oj, grape juice if you like, potatoes, rice and raw carrots, be liberal with salt too.

Try this for 1 month, strict. Life changing stuff. Aim for 2500+ calories a day too.

Alright thanks, just wondering do you also have an auto immune disease? How do you know this stuff. And is there any YouTube vids or vids in general where I can learn more about the proper diet. Like I can’t eat cheese and potatoes all day for 1 month
