a photo of ur mouth would've helped, but overexpansion has its own risks and could descend you, talk to an orthodontist about it

yeah, i say you do get one. if theres an opportunity to widen your maxilla, then take the chance.

Doesnt improve maxilla unless youre recessed and narrow. Doesnt do shit if you dont have problems with tounge posture, crowding or your airway.

if youve already got a decent palate and decent tooth show on a smile ur prob better off just getting implants or filler. weigh the pros and cons of all of them. u make it sound like most of the pros from palate expansion dont apply to you, so id weigh heavier in the augmentation direction
