Your frame is fine for your age, just eat more and lift weights if you want to improve it.

Also sarms are suppressive, so you'll get bigger by using them, but your test/lh/fsh will be lowered for the period you're on + some time after you stop (~4-8 weeks)

Gyno can go away during puberty if your estrogen is only high for a short period of time. Once you're past 20 your gonna have to get surgery or live with it.
