Can I inject hgh with an 3cc needle

I know these are for reconstituting but why do I need a U100 insulin needle why can’t I inject with this. I’m not finding a definitive answer online

you need insulin needles to inject for subQ and you’re just asking for scar tissue build up doing daily injections with a harpoon needle
