Hey bro, appreciate the detail you put in. You're clearly serious about your goals. Just wanna offer some thoughts that might help long-term health:

First, you're 17, which means you're still in your natural growth window. Your hormones are already at peak levels, and your body is still developing. You don’t need to push extreme methods like MK-677 right now. It can interfere with your natural hormone balance and might not (highly likely) even give better results than just sleeping well, training hard, and eating right.

About being in a calorie deficit:
Growing height, bone mass, and muscle all require an energy surplus, or at least maintenance. If you're cutting 400 to 500 calories while training hard, your body is...

About being in a calorie deficit:
Growing height, bone mass, and muscle all require an energy surplus, or at least maintenance. If you're cutting 400 to 500 calories while training hard, your body is going to prioritize energy conservation. You might lose fat, but you're limiting your potential to grow, especially when you're still in your prime development years.

Your diet looks solid overall, but here’s what I would suggest:
Eat at maintenance or a slight surplus for now. Give your body the fuel it needs to grow.
Focus on sleep, heavy lifts, and consistency. These will get you further than any compound.
Be patient. Growth takes time, but at your age, it's absolutely happening if you support it properly.

Also, props for tracking your health and blood sugar. (as said, taking MK-677 is a complete waste.) Just make sure it doesn’t become obsessive. Your mindset is just as important as your macros.

You’ve got time. Don't rush the process trying to optimize everything at once. Trust it, and you'll be surprised at where you are in a couple of years.

Stay hard.

Jfl, hes 17, mk677 isnt extreme enough if anything
He’s 17, already nuking his hormones with MK-677, and you’re out here saying it’s not extreme? Your IQ’s in a deficit bigger than his calories.

Nuking what hormones? MK is basically useless because it only slightly boosts your endogenous growth hormone. What he needs to be doing is pinning HGH and taking an aromatase inhibitor

You’re recommending pinning HGH and crushing estrogen in a 17-year-old. You’re not biohacking, you’re brain-damaged. MK-677 isn’t harmless, and HGH + AI at that age is straight-up endocrine suicide. He doesn’t need pharma, he needs sleep, food, and a break from clowns like you.

Not even a single molecule

I agree with most of the reply marked as solution. Calorie restriction reduces osteoblast activity.

However, if the MK is working for you and theres no side effects, then you do you. It helps preserve muscle and uses up fat overtime which you may already know.

Fat is needed for hormones. There’s evidence that fat intake below about 20-25% of total calories can lower test, so maybe bump it up to 60g?

But to answer your question, not really. You can possibly maintain current physique with proper intake of protein etc, but growing muscle and bone needs more building blocks to work with. If you have higher body fat, only a slight deficit is fine atm.

Great physique man :p

Your face looks decently lean, but if you potentially want it leaner and think its chubby or whatever then it could be some baby fat that that your’e noticing which will go within some time. I think your current bf is decent, if you really want to go that low then its your choice but your body really needs the calories. Your face just might need more bone mass to make it look leaner through androgens, which might still sculpt your face over time as you grow further, and as you keep taking mk and working out it’ll get better.
