Can leg lengthening fix bow legs?

As you can see the left pair of legs, I have bow legs basically. When I walk for a long time I get knee pain which I think is caused by that. I have seen some midgets with bow legs get ll, is there anyone who knows or has good information about LL surgeries?

Idk nigga, some athletes like neymar etc have bow legs. Even Chris by stead have a little bow legged
