Can mk677 give you some height at least if your plates aren't closed?

I was trying to get on a peptide stack recently until the Wuhan Kungflu plagued the world. I was planning on getting some of my dad's high-value sports cards graded at PSA so I could get money to run the stacks for a while. So the grading companies are down so no money for me. Would this even help me a bit while I wait for this bullshit to pass? Posting another thread because there seem's to be conflicting views on this topic.

I don't exactly know if I'm done growing right now though and I don't want to regret that opportunity I could've had in the future, and there's no way I can get my plates checked because I'm 17 and my mom won't let me lol. I did start growing a bit recently though I gained .5 inches sometime this year.
