Can non-rating threads be deleted ?

Honestly I dont want to be rated, just some real honest advice and feedback on what I can do to fix some damage a series of brutal life experiences gave me, but as a professional I dont want my pictures living out there forever. If I post for advice and regret it one day will it be impossible to delete? Pictures atleast?

Upload pics to a third party website like imgur and delete them from there if you want to later

but just get VIP or host the images on imgur and embed, and then delete the imgur album whenever you want to
