I am 15 yo and i was wondering if i can change my recessed maxilla in any way or at least a bit of forward growth with simple orthodontics such as braces. Just asking.

i dont think i'll get elastics due to the fact that according to my dentist since i was 6 yo i had lower jaw overgrowth, that makes my maxilla look more recessed than it already is.Braces don't really change much, but if you get elastics where they're trying to bring your jaw forward, it can recess your maxilla even more. If you really want results, peptides/bonesmashing might be the way to go. research it
