No. Unless you abuse it for a long long time. If you manage your stress levels and a protect yourself from ritalin induced excitotoxicity you will be fine. If you abuse it wrecklessly for years, you may see a decrease in skin health. But there's no direct cause of accelerated skin aging from taking ritalin.
