Can significant fat loss cause a droopier nose

DNP and retamaxed this summer. After I lost about 15 pouds my nose seems droopier my friend even pointed it out. Ive always had a straight nose now its slightly droopier where if you stare too long you can slightly notice.

It might vary person to person, I lost a lot of weight and my nose remained the same
