But from brief research, drinking orange juice and eating ice cream sound very dumb. Tho I have hypotheroidism and never consume that, maybe only one dumb is me

Eat whole food
Dont eat processed food
Adjust according to preference and response to diet. That the only way to create suitable dietary choices

I've said in general about dietary choices. Theres no diet once fit all. There are 1000s things to take into consideration
I would skip ice cream it's cope for fatcels. The idea of the snack itself is just marketing from influencers to sell. At some point, taste buds will adapt to real food and junk cravings turn into disgust.
Orange juice is natural, you can easily find it. The only thing it has to contain is 100% orange juice and nothing else.

Average orange juice where I live in grocery shops contains ≈8g of sugar for 100ml + it has infinite amount of some thing written on its package.
Is it worth drinking?

Never look for average. The average American is fat. The average man is subhuman
I've told you the only ingredient you have to look for is orange juice and NOTHING else.

Why do you need orange juice in the first place? If you want to cover your daily dose of vitamin C you can eat 2 kiwis =100 g.
Blindly following a diet is not a good choice, adjust it for yourself

Whats your opinion then on ray peat saying sugar is needed by liver to somehow help people with hypothyroidism by releasing more thyroid hormones? For me sounds like cope and I dont consume sugar for past like 3 years

Do research. Read multiple trustworthy sources and make your own opinion.
In my opinion, the best strategy is to eat whole foods that don't cause inflammation in your body and cover your daily requirements in vitamins, micro and macro elements.
I think that all these anabolic, accelerate metabolism, thyroid diets are mostly marketing and by eating as I mentioned above will lead to slow recovery over time

I only drink orange juice I squeeze myself. The store bought one is probably from concentrate and is not worth drinking. Any additives are bad.

There’s nothing wrong with sugar. It got a bad rep because refined sugar is often added to processed foods. Fruit and honey are great sources of sugar, you won’t have to worry about the sugar from them. They are healthy foods

Yeah, I'm talking about processed one. What about juice, how much oranges do you need for 1 litre?

Idk, a lot. Each orange doesn’t have much juice like half a cup per orange but depends on size. I don’t drink that much orange juice personally, usually just 0-5 oranges a day.I also eat starch which is not really peaty.

It’s less expensive than people think, I never eat out and I never waste food. I do eat a lot of potatoes, which are pretty cheap. High quality food is definitely worth it though.

Sarcasm? Browsing .org made me this way
No, not sarcasm; with his advice you can improve your metabolism, energy and vigour. His philosophy revolves around removing stressors to essentially promote life and energy within the body.
