Can someone direct me to the best rhino and oculoplastic surgeon ?

So I want to get my nosejob and I have ptosis of one eye and need this fixed asap to ascend.

I have a big budget for this so I want to go to the best of the best no matter the cost to minimize botches.

1. Could you guys recommend me some really good rhino surgeon who worked with many guys and can do a masculine nose ?

2. I also need Oculoplastic surgeon for the ptosis

if you can take a flight to south korea that would be great because south korea is known to have the best plastic surgeons in the world (it's the #1 country for plastic surgery and a shit ton of people go their to get plastic surgery)
