Mewing It's just to prevent your maxilla from getting worse, it doesn't improve it.

Only if you are younger than 12. During pre puberty your maxilla is playdough but after that good luck nga

Then get research Mse. it will give more growth than mewing. But you need to see if u have a narrow palate, otherwise no point

I mean i got like 36mm canines on paper method and around 40mm widest point on molars i think. Of course i measured from inside edges of teeth.My premolars are kinda caved in especially one on right

I mean i got like 36mm canines on paper method and around 40mm widest point on molars i think. Of course i measured from inside edges of teeth.My premolars are kinda caved in especially one on right

then im not truly sure, ask your doctor. For instance i have a 50mm on the canines, i never did expansion, you can probably get like 20 extra mm

Yeah and i fucked up the measurements a lot the wides point last teeth is 49mm and the teeth infront of it is 45mm so that means my palate is 45mm ig i also measured my bizygomatic width it was kinda unaccurate but from 140mm to 150mm wich i heards is really good.I think i js still got a little bit teeth crowding even though the palate is wide

then you wont need much, braces can naturally widen the dental arch to fix crowding (not the palate tho

Thats right. Another important distinction.

Facial development is driven by nutrition, genetics, and epigenetics. Which means people are able to maintain proper toungue posture due to proper development.

So not having proper tongue posture means that your face didnt develop right due to the factors above, not due to the tongue posture itself.
