I can kinda relate to being a "mentalcel" since i can't even imagine having a relationship with a girl, i won't even talk about having sex with a girl.

My mind can't process having a girlfriend, because i know she will always yearn for someone better than me, better personality, better looks.

I am not an incel since i am still young but i am scared i will become one in the future.

All my life i've been isolated from female attention due to my looks, so now the consequence is that i can't even talk to a girl without getting nervous or akward.

I feel like by definition a basis, you can’t just be mentally an "incel." As you said, it’s involuntary. And if you still could get laid. However you say it’s because of your views/personality and mentality. Then you’re either overestimating yourself or could get laid but just can’t overcome your mentality/views to actually get the dead done.
