Is it possible to get decent sized muscles without roiding? Besides eating shitton of meat, what else can you do to aid in muscle building? Are protein powders and creatine mandatory for nattys? Or can it be done without consuming them?

yes, workout natty for 1-2 yrs then think about roids, creatine is a must have and protein powder makes dieting easier, creatine makes you bloated af tho, two biggest factors of gains is motivation and diet

Jfl at working out for more than a year just to get on roids anyway. instead of hopping on roids in the first place and achieving what you will get in a year in a couple of months

what a stupid question, ofcourse you can, you are just gonna have to spend way longer getting there and you probably won't be able to be big and shedded. You should do everything you can tho, so creatine and eat enough basically

I understand that roiding gives superior results but how sustainable is it financially? What about long-term health implications and other adverse effects like hair loss, impotence, etc.

roids are going to be the one of the cheapest amongst food, gym membership and other supplements

dirt cheap you can get YEARS worth of steroids for nothing if you order raws from chine
long-term health implications and other adverse effects like hair loss, impotence,
just avoid very harsh compounds and Oral steroids, you will be fine, steroids make your erections better unless youre running 19nors with not enough T, hair loss just use hair safe roids or run RU58, for blood pressure some cialis or telmisartan will be OK

and neither did I - the gyms are full of guys all over the attractiveness spectrum, from subhumans to chads, with most being somewhere around average

yet almost all of them are incels and get 0 attention - despite the fact they work out, and their fitness level is above average
if the male body appealed to women, these guys would get a ton of attention
in fact, there would be no incels because you could just run a cycle and problem solved - does that happen? no

however the women in the gyms? no matter what their looks level is, all they have to do is to get slightly fit and they will get endless attention - that is what appeal means, this is what it looks like when a body actually appeals to a gender

i come from the bodybuilding community and switched over to this shit. avoid roids as good as possible if you don't wanna make it your job or want to visit the doctor once every week for tests. honestly the longer you train, the amount of optimisation and supplements should get more and more. start with some protein powder, multivitamins and magnesium. later you can add creatine and some vitamin d, zink, ashwaganda, vitamin b6 and b12 for maxing testostherone. then optimize your training, sleep and recovery bla bla bla and that's roughly about it. and women often find a natural bodys without any roids more appealing than some jacked dudes full of roids that look creepy.
