i despise the gym

can i get to 10% bf with walking and eating fish all day
 
Caloric deficit is how you loose weight and get to ten %, you could eat 300g protein but if you aren't in a calorie deficit you won't loose an pound
 
You definetly can, but you arent gaining any muscle mass compared if you went to the gym

learning how to enjoy something thats hard and being consistent with the gym will be 100000x better than u eating fish all day and walking
 
Yes, i did back when i didn’t even workout stayed at 10% bf
Not sure about the fish part though
