Rice is always good, so are vegetables. Fish is great source for omegas. Don’t be afraid of seasonings.

Well you obviously know then to maintain a calorie deficit (use an app), but I would add in more variety you're gonna get sick of eating the same thing everyday, 3x a day, 365 days a year. Switching between 3 proteins is gonna get sick fast

I would personally add in some pork (if your Muslim I understand it's not a choice), fish such as salmon, tuna is meta as fuck for macros, and when you're specifically snacking add in some fruits

id add fish, if you hate fish then just get cod liver cans and eat 1 a week (also super good for skin, its a vitamin a overdose) only eat one a week. maybe oysters too if you can tolerate

up to you but i usually add a small handful of baby spinach to my protein shake just to get some greens in

also raw carrots mog for coloring + they soak up any excess estrogen too. pretty good snack throughout the day

besides that this is pretty good, just be mindful of what fruits (some are memes, only eat low gl fruits. i prioritise berries and kiwi)

Spinach & greens is empty garbage full of oxalates, you really don't want to be consuming those. Beta-carotene for coloring is a fucking joke. Sea-food is very good but it has to be from a good source.
