Im guessing here but I would say absolutely.

Its getting implants first and then BSSO or Bimax that I would be concerned about.

According to epply you can achieve the best results this way...
With BSSO/BiMax you fix your maxilla and get ccw rotation and with the implant you can achieve the chad jaw you want

BSSO won't do anything about your maxilla, it's only your lower jaw. You mean bimax?

Yes this guy got custom silicone jaw and cheekbone implants after his double jaw surgery, you can see the lefort 1 screws and on his jaw too.

I'm planning to have implants if necessary after side wing. If that's possible, then implant after BSSO is very much possible
