To see significant results you have to be under 20... Most pe are rpe so it doesn't give enough time for the zygomas to remodel.

you can't increase pfl from chewing or mewing period. His eyes were long before and they were long after. It might look longer b/c his squinting, squintmaxxing is more legit than broscience, foid-tier iq theories like chewing/mewing to increase PFL

let it be known i don't write off mewing or chewing, they can be legit for expanding palate and other things. However, it is complete cope to believe one of the two can increase PFL, no cases have ever been recorded where pfl was increased as a result of these methods

If you do it by mewing then 100%, if you opt tooty borne expasion it won't unless you are younger than 8,If you opt bone borne expansion and are under 18, it 99% will, if you are older than the probability decreases and if you are 25 you have no chance. And no I don't have any article to link as proof because there isn't much research about it but basically if your cheekbones move during expansion,your pfl will increase, if they don't it wouldn't,also your maxilla shouldn't be very recessed to notice the changes in the pfl in the first place. Its just that the time bones change to modulate after 20 incrases every year rapidly, but then again I have seen a very old mse patient(around 35-40)who increased her pfl with mse alone so theres just no predictable outcome,it's all case specific
