Can you keep the Accutane nose?

My nose looks noticeably smaller and more defined while I’m on isotretinoin. Is there any way to keep that effect after stopping it, or does it always go away?

Yes with hydrocortisone, microdosing accutane and maybe even fat dissolver and all the retinoids or orals that inhibit sebum production
