Can you lower your inhibition permanently?

Is there a way?
I thought about doing certain tasks and over time increasing the difficulty of them.

For example as a really high inhib guy you start of by asking strangers for a way description to the next bus station or what time it is etc.

After this gets easy for you you only ask attractive women this question.

And so on.
So that you basically increase your comfort zone over time the same way you increase your strength levels/the weight with an exercise in the gym.

Could this work? Or are there any other ways to permanently become low inhib?

I remember there was a case were a woman had the part of her brain that is responsibel for fear and inhibition completly destroyed and she couldn't feared anything, no matter what happened.

Only way I can think of that will make a person become low inhib to a permanent extent is if they go through some traumatic experience like War,being in the Army or doing time in state Penitentiary etc.

Yes, my life goal is becoming low inhib as possible tbh
i think being very gl and putting yourself out there lowers your inhibitions cause you wont be judged by external factors such as your appearance but instead of what you do and how you act, and that's easier to change because you can act like a different person wherever you go so youre invulnerable to criticism

Yeah. I remember I used to be too shy to go to the barber as a kid cuz I thought my hair was too long it would look weird.


Now no one can talk shit to me anymore.

I think low inhib goes hand in hand with self esteem.

When I’m depressed I’m high inhib af tho.

I dont think it is about being GL, you need to build your character tbh, i wish my father has beaten me up when i was a kid or something :forcedsmile:
if you have an objective failo or not GL enough or something like that and put yourself out there you are bound to get judged by that multiple times and think that would be demoralizing

Amnesia is a manlet and is self conscious about his height being used against him if he tries some shit.

I'm literally 6'2-6'2 1/2 in normal shoes and I a whole head taller than 90% of foids that I meet. If I managed to take care of my face, which is the only thing I'm self conscious about, then I wouldn't be high inhib the same way if amnesia got LL and got to 6ft, he wouldn't have anything to be self conscious about either.

But generally speaking if you had a normal childhood and puberty there is simply no way that you end as high inhib if you mog most men in every physical aspect

OP actually proposed a legitimate method.
By slowly increasing exposure to anxiety-inducing situations is actually how people get over PTSD and similarly microdosing is used to get over penicillin allergy. Induce miniature amounts of stress until it's not stressful anymore.
