Is there a way?
I thought about doing certain tasks and over time increasing the difficulty of them.
For example as a really high inhib guy you start of by asking strangers for a way description to the next bus station or what time it is etc.
After this gets easy for you you only ask attractive women this question.
And so on.
So that you basically increase your comfort zone over time the same way you increase your strength levels/the weight with an exercise in the gym.
Could this work? Or are there any other ways to permanently become low inhib?
