Can you lowkey starve yourself to loose weight fast?

Trying to loose as much weight as I can right now and eating around 1000-1500 calories under my maintenance.

Is it super stupid to do this or is a alright?

Pretty retarted tbh ur gonna lose weight but you'd lose soooooo much muscle
I wanna lose 10 kgs asap but I can’t workout for now, will just water fasting make me lose only muscle or will I get chiseled

Better to eat only meat cause atleast you get protein

The fact you used the word "loose" incorrectly twice makes me want to rope:feelswhy:
lose weight
not loose weight

loose means when you have something that's not tight.

also to answer your question. starving yourself is easier said than done. ofc if you starve yourself you will lose weight rapidly. but there is a good chance you also lose muscle mass. if you have a kcal deficit+high protein intake= more fat loss, little to no muscle loss.

im assuming u tryna say u wna lose fat i mean you can jst do a very harsh diet or moderate harsh diet then workout not tht hard

I can’t exercise cause im not free for the next 4 months, and I wanna look good in 4 months too.
I am at 20% and am 80 kgs,

Tldr
Meat only for 4 months at a huge deficit will make me lose fat without losing much muscle and fucking my hormones

I’m almost just studying and eating and I’ll be like this for some time, I gained weight and I might be on cam so I don’t wanna look bad
