Can you split Exemestane (Xtane) pills?

I am on a few medications n wanna split the pills to start on a small dosage so i don't crash my estrogen levels LOL

I've tried to research this exact question online but there is 0 valuable information

use letro to crash e2 so when your e2 is actually crashed itll be easier to get it back when you realize how retarded you are.
aromasin you can split the pills but like why would you when its far easier to crash e2 with other meds

It says that letrozole will have a moderate reaction with another drug I'm taking. That's why I decided against taking Letro

when you split a chance theres probably a chance that the amount in each half isnt equal means you can get an inconsistent dose and this could lead to fluctuations in your estrogen level based to my knowledges. which is what ur trying to avoid in the fist place and extremestane pills are often coated for ensuring proper absorption spitting them could damage the coating and decrease its effectiveness

once you split the pills. The rest portions can degrade faster if you dont know how to store it properly

Sadly none of the pills that I know of are grooved too so I cannot split dosages equally.

Hope i can find a 12.5mg pill so i can cancel my order, but it's impossible.

u might want to check with a pharmacist to see if they can help with dosing options or even consider getting the liquid version which would give you a bit control over your dosage
