Can you take tret/isotretinoin if you have rosacea?

My main worry is that it'll be too strong and inflammate it even worse
My old skincare was a simple cleanser ,moisturizer and azelaic acid but this didn't improve my skin at all nor calm my rosacea

isnt rosacea caused cuz of ur weak skin barrier i think taking either of the two would make it worse ?
