Can't seem to be lossing weight

6'1 and 7.4 inch wrist(mid frame).
Cut from 95 to 82 kgs in 5 months with slight effort, now my body feels like maintaining this weight, I m stuff slightly chubby and aim to get to 75 kgs for the lean maxxx.

I usually loose 2 -4 kgs a month, but for two weeks my weight have stayed the same, I can't seem to loose anymore or very little that it isn't noticable?.

I m thinking of going for 1200 kcal diet for a month then 1500 another month and possibly loose 4-5 kgs then maintain??
What do you reckon should I do this or is their any way around this platue.

far too little calories just do more cardio

high protein + refeed days + drink copius amount of water for a couple days like 3-4L.

Also take vitamins and shit if u have any. This will reset your metabolism and make it great. Youve probably been cutting for a long time in a big deficit so raped ur metabolism.

Im 130lbs and im cutting still and i had where if i was eating above 1100 calories at one point i would go up weight. Now Im still cutting, eating 1600 calories sediatary. Metabolism maxxing is legit.

You need couple days to reset the metabolsi mman, just dont go overboard.

yes, go here and enter your stats, should be about your maintenance

then eat in a 500 deficit (take activity into consideration)
about 1800 kcal for me then
