tiktok binging and eating my only two addictions without them im pretty doing well how i do stop opting for cheap ass dopamine, i would have been lean af if i stuck to my diet

try this;


firstly, use the BlockSite extension, and put in TikTok. This worked for me

secondly, with the eating, lets say you're doing it 7 days a week. Try doing it 6. Then 5. Then 4. You get it. Do that until it's gone.

And find a healthy solution to dopamine like exercise or stroking your cat or some shit.

Think about the shit that will enter your body when you eat that type of stuff. That should be enough

I had the same problem and Reta is really the solution.
I struggled with binge eating my whole life and after taking Reta for a week I finally feel normal like I don’t constantly think about eating goyslop and could actually just forget to eat at some points of the day

not eating like shit js eating a lot like 500gr of minced beef and still not full im always hungry somehow
