Carbs are objectively bad for us and raw cow meat is all we need to consume.

I do not know much about threads but I am just here to spread OBJECTIVE research on WHY carbs are bad.
(This is going to be my first thread expanding my position, I am open to critique so ask away if you have any doubts.)
1. There has been something going around based around the idea that there is a dietary requirement for carbohydrates in humans. I will agree that there are some specific tissues that require glucose, however the liver maintains precise blood sugar levels through Gluconeogenesis. That process synthesizes glucose from the glycerol backbone of fats and glucogenic amino acids from meats which would thus so render dietary starch as *obsolete*

2. Consuming carbs is going to initiate the process of non-enzymatic glycation. That is going to occur whenever glucose or fructose molecules bond to your proteins *ex., collagen, hemoglobin* and lipids, which is going to create AGEs (or advanced glycation end products). Those compounds are going to cross link with your tissues thus causing metabolic rusting which stiffens the arteries and accelerates cellular aging.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41161343/
3. The requirement for vitamin C is going to be artificially inflated by carb consumption!!! Vitamin C and Glucose share the GLUT1 responder to enter cells. Because they are structurally similar, high blood glucose out-competes the Vitamin C, effectively locking it out entirely. On a zero carb meat diet, your Vitamin C requirements are minimal because there is no glucose interference.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23326148/
4. (This is going to be about fiber, if you already know what fiber does feel free to skip over this one) To begin, mechanistically fiber is going to be an indigestible abrasive that if consumed is going to scratch the mucosal lining. Evidence shows that removing fiber completely resolves constipation and IBS, whereas adding it increases fecal bulk and colonic pressure. *Meat and raw dairy are however absorbed almost 100% in the small intestine, thus leaving zero fermentable waste.*
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22969234/
(https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23326148/
5. De Novo Lipogenesis and fatty liver. Excess carbohydrates, ESPECIALLY fructose are going to force the liver into DNL. That is going to create palmitic acid and triglycerides intenrally, leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Unlike animal fats which are used for structural integrity, carb-driven fats are going to be metabolic shit that are going to congest the liver and disrupt your systemic insulin sensitivity.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36601218/
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4405421/
6. Mitochondrial Superoxide Production. Glucose metabolism creates a higher leak for the reactive oxygen species in the mitochondrial electron transport chain compared to fatty acid oxidation. THIS chronic oxidative stress damages mitochondrial DNA and triggers CELLULAR APOTOSIS!! In better comparison, switching to meat based fats STABILIZES the mitochondrial membrane and is going to REDUCE oxidative exhaust.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19587708/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3969383/
7. The Neuro-Excitotoxicity and the Glutamate.... Carbohydrate based diets are going to disrupt the brain's balance of Glutamate (excitatory) and GABA (inhibitory). High glucose levels are going to be associated with neuro-excitotoxicity, leading to cognitive fatigue and anxiety. Once again, to compare, a zero-carb, meat-based diet is going to shift the brain to ketone bodies, which increases GABA production, thus protecting neurons from over-excitation and providing superior cognitive stability.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41161343/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18094705/
8. The leptin-resistance cycle! Carbs introduce chronic insulin spikes that eventually block leptin signaling in YOUR brain! As you may know leptin is the satiety hormone so when you eart carbs, your brain thinks its starving when the body fat is high *this is why you people trying to lose fat on carbs cannot lose weight.. because you keep getting fucking fat due to the carbs since more hunger = more gain in weight*. Raw meat and animal fats are going to OBJECTIVELY provide the MOST STABLE satiety signal through Cholecystokinin and Peptide YY, bypssing the leptin resistance entirely.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41478465/
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11510221/
To conclude I will give my argumentations on why RAW COW MEAT is going to the best/absolute solution.
1. The ATP efficiency gap. Carbs are an inflationary energy source. They are going to create a massive spike in reactive oxygen species thus forcing the cell to spend its own energy on cleanup. Now, beta-oxidation of animal fats from raw meat is clean energy and it produces significantly more ATP per molecule with a fraction of the oxidative exhaust.

2. Carbs are fiber require a very intense energy-draining fermentation process in the gut (producing gas and methane.) Raw cow meat on the other hand are going to contain its own active prosteases and lipases. It is pre-digested by its own enzymes. It enters your bloodstream via active transport with near-zero energy cost. So, you are gaining 100% of the nutrient with 0% of the digestive tax (if you wish.)

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41161343/
3. As said previously carbs spike insulin... however, it also SUPRESSES growth hormone and inhibits the synthesis of NEW COLLAGEN. Raw cow meat is going to proceed to provide the EXACT hydroxyproline and amino acid matrix that is required to rebuild your joints, your skin, and YOUR ORGANS! By replacing carbs with meat you are replacing glycated tissues with HIGH INTEGRITY RAW PROTEIN!

Thank you for reading my first thread!
High IQ thread which is written really good and you cited interesting studies even though I don't agree fully because you did not talk about how the effects correlate with the amount of carbs. I personally noticed high lipidperoxidation while gymcelling with high carbs and when I lowered that improved drastically but when no dietary carbs are present your thyroid(Ray peat:soy:) hormones might change and cortisol might raise as a metabolic hormone. But overall a really valid take the 500g of carbs a day bloated gymcells just can't handle another opinion jfl

the inuit height thing is about cold adaptation, not diet. bergmann's rule is pretty straightforward on that.
