10k steps = around 300-400 Calories burned

it takes around 2 hours

WASTE OF TIME

its way easier to cut calories than cardio

Retard, the only time you shouldn’t be doing cardio is if you’re bulking… even then you prob should if your metabolism is shit

Go to treadmill..put 6 incline and 6 speed,and walk for half hour every day
Or try this...walk for minute on treadmill,6 incline and 6 speed,than put to 7 speed for 30 seconds...than repeat circle for 15 minutes

jump rope is good cardio
jump rope, sprints, hitting the heavy bag all mog walking/jogging and build muscle too

i bike for 15-30 min a day while browsing this shit or watching some yt doesnt take much time

Walking is barely cardio; even if it is, cardio isn’t restricted to walking/running theres cycling, boxing, swimming etc.
