Cardio or weights? (With context)

I usually do cardio and weights alternatively and eat in a deficit, but today I ate 400-500 calories above my maintanence (could be higher too).

Yesterday was cardio day for context.

Should I hit the weights, or do cardio to get back to maintanence?

Ye could do that but that’s like 1h of cardio or even more

Cutting, sorry for not mentioning it in the original post.

Yeah. One hour could definitely burn 500 but that won't get me to a deficit for today. It'll be maintanence. Is it worth it?

Ah yes. Everything we do has to be "natural". Unspoken rule of life. I wonder how "natural" it is to type something on a keyboard and click "post reply" on a thin rectangular piece of metal.

I start with weights then end with cardio. Always make sure you do more weights than cardio though.

Weights than 30 minutes cardio

I do both the same day. Start with 20-25 minutes of HIIT and then weight train
