I'm 14y.o. 6'0 and 179 lbs rn trying to lose weight . So I'm looking for the most effective cardio . So guys, please share methods how you had lost your weight

incline 15 5,5 speed and walk for like 35 mins. u also need to take care of what u eat cut out processed suga eat foods with high protein try to be like 300-500 calories under ur normal calories

Zone 2 cardio.
Google cardio zones, zone 2 is most effective for fat loss while minimizing stress and muscle loss. Type of cardio doesnt really matter
