This is how I transformed and continuing to transform my face by healthmaxxing. This is a practical guide for those who want to eat netter but have extreme cravings

Starting off, you remove all refined sugar, all seed oils and eat starch, fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, eggs

After the first stage you move onto the paul saladino fiet

Later on, you remove the starches and vegetables for there plant toxins and indigestable fiber consume only honey, fruit, meat, dairy, eggs

After a few weeks/months of that

You remove honey, eat fruit and the animal shit

Then you move onto the very important stage, whete I’m currently at:

Low carb fruits and animal products to minimize sugar as much as possible

Tomatoes, pepper (no seeds), cucumber, lemons, limes, avocados and animal stuff

Then after, we will (yes me too because I havent reached this stage yet)

Remove each fruit until you reach either avocado or lemon/lime. Then thats it. Finished. You remove all plant based bullshit and continue eating carnivore

From the carnivore to slowly adapt to raw, just cook your egg whites bc raw egg whites r poison, they got avidin. And eat egg yolks raw (currently doing this) and eat rare/blue red meat. Im still doing research on dairy consumption whether its harmful or optimal. But yeah this is a practical guide

Brother, did u not read the guide? Do u really expect somebody who eats bullshit foods everyday to eventually switch to carnivore in one day? There has to be slow adaptation to get long term success or else u’ll be binge eating

I’m minimizing all high sugar fruits and making my foods more raw. Slowly adapting

low carb/Carnivore is good if it works for you, ill just warn everyone about the dangers of going cold turkey, but im curious what your body temperature upon waking up is?

Wdym body temp? Ketones are a more optimal source of fuel for the body. Even after having concussions ketones heal the brain better then glucose

people on 0 carbs diets are said to get hypothyroid after a while, cuz your thyroid doesent work as much anymore blah blah blah, im just saying have you experienced any effects like a colder body temperature, lower heart rate, sleep disturbance etc. since starting, as that could indicate that your thyroid isnt working properly anymore, that being said i dont have an set opinion on this, im just digging some anectodes.

Interesting, it could likely happen if people do a sudden change. Like your whole life you live with constant insulin spikes and relied on glucose, so it’d make sense for something like this to happen. Thats why my approach to slowly eliminating food items is best. If a guy’s eating seed oils and sugar and thinks he needs to remove starch first he’s retarded. If anything its better if he has more starch then the trash oils and refined sugar

Over time he can move onto removing the starch and eating fruit/honey/molasses as a carb source. Then after eat only fruit (alongside animal bazed ofc), removing honey. Then after removing the sugary fruits one by one (no bananas or dates) then going further to remove all high in sugar fruits. Tomatoes, cucumber, avocados and lemon. Then slowly remove those away and done you’re gonna be on carnivore w 0 withdrawals

Honestly just whenever I felt like it :lul:

8 weeks is good though, lets the body fully transition. I hate how nibbas get angry when they see me promoting sugary shit like fruit and honey when 99% of people incl me grew up there entire lives consuming it. Then they expect us to eliminate that shit without binging later on

You know, I swear by God. I eat less sugary fruit now and raw milk tastes so fricking sweet now I was shocked to drink it this morning. It tasted no different then the vanilla ice cream I used to eat. I was lrgitimatelt bewildered

The best evidence for me that I’m getting better looking is grandma and mom telling me ‘you’re starving my boy eat some food’ because theyre scared of lean faces, they wete so used to seeing me bloated. And then the opposite, in the gym my trainer and everybody there tell me how much leaner and bigger I get everytime. Praise God

yeah i had this on a somewhat lower carb diet too, everything becomes sweet, even raw liver lol, but im not having a good diet atm, mostly animal based like paul saladino id say, but im not having issues now and i dont worry much about my skin since im doing tret atm, if you want to look your best, carnivore is the way to go, you wouldnt need tret and you get the benefits of looking leaner cause of glycogen and water retention depletion.

No I know. Im not saying carnivore tho, keto. So ur body is constantly in ketosis. For health ur diet is ideal, however if u wanna retain effects of furosemide u literally go on ketosis to basically have no water weight on u cuz urn ot having carbs or sugars to even put it on u.

For debloating keto is ideal. There are keto chips, lots of keto shit in stores and it works wonders

True, I’m just saying what worked for me that moght help other sugar addicts. Like when I removed honey and lowered fruit intake, raw milk tastes fucking sweet now.

I’m finally implementing raw foods in my diet jfl. Raw egg yokes for now. This’ll be so beneficial for my skin, skin protection from the sun, dopamine levels, testosterone, lower stress etc. I dont plan on ever having raw poultry though because chickens are… well u see they eat anything. Raw fish I’d eat but only the sashimi grade tiers bc most fish is shit where im from.

Carbs are just as important as protein if you want to build muscle or maintain muscle on a cut. (necessary for athletic performance and energy in the gym)

Basically, Carnivore is a meme. Only decent for extremely lazy people that do no physical activity.
