Yeah

Actually legit, when I ate mostly carnivore I felt great.

Gets too expensive quickly though (if you wanna eat actual high-quality meat, not the garbage from supermarkets filled with estrogen)

Still better than eating like a sheep or a bird probably? I'm looking to move to a cheaper country in Jan/Feb so I can feast on meat daily.

Whats the proof. In European countries its illegal to inject chicken with any kind of bullshit and play with its harmones which will be harmful to us.

I'd avoid chicken. It's a pretty stupid bird that can't even fly. I've been on and off low carb/carnivore for almost 4 years and chicken is possibly the only meat I cut out. Usually the animal with lower welfare standards and the least nutrition anyway.

Just meet protein goal or go over and use fat as a leverage and get more calories in. What's missing?

Least nutrition? Are you kidding me? Isn't chicken breasts the most best lean protein source out there in terms of building muscle?

Well your muscles will be carb depleted so they will basically be a smaller weaker version of themselves. Less performance, less weight lifted, less muscle, less energy.

true, optimally is carnivore centered diet. ''carnivore'' doesnt mean you dont eat anything else but meat. you should eat carbs and fruit as well otherwise u die

You dont need carbs to live. But carbs improve lifts.

You probably should not speak on bodybuilding when you don't even understand how muscle is built. Protein, water and stimulus are the only three things needed to build muscle. Carbs are common because carbs hold so much water (glycogen specifically when metabolizing). Massive amounts of carbs is a cop out by most gym goers because they want to build muscle "fast" when in reality it's mostly just water. He will build muscle perfectly fine and not being a bloated piece of shit doing it.

Again, chickens are usually farmed animals with pretty shitty living conditions. Often they just eat soy and therefore end up with artificial and not ideal fat profiles in terms of omega 3 : omega 6 proportion. Therefore it can be more inflammatory.

On the contrary, ruminants literally have a rumen. They're built to handle a wide range of plant consumption and turn it into bioavailable nutrients and energy (as fats) and seems like we've evolved to take advantage of that given the abundance of ruminants.

Hard to say. Carnivorous tribes in Africa, Eskimos or I've seen some in Mongolia actually do relatively well for the living standards. Lots of diseases we are struggling with don't bother them at all.

I've also heard of some pretty good athletic performances in fat-adapted people. Some 50+ year old world records, ultra-marathon runners, rugby or football players, etc..

Energy-wise fat is undoubtedly more efficient?

Did you experience this? Most blood reports I've seen show otherwise.

Also, there are multiple studies that prove how sugar, seed oils, obesity, soy, drugs, alcohol, porn, low testosterone but meat I don't believe so.

wtf? i eat like 10 eggs myself everyday

I don't really like the egg whites. Also bothers me that there is no chew in eggs. Also not easy to get good quality eggs.

I've really enjoyed duck eggs! Check them out.
