Its caused by adding implants and skin fillers on an inferior skull structure. People like the bogdanoffs just add copious amounts of material onto bones that have grown wrong angles.
Every aesthetical change caused by actual bone movement is also an change in function ( tongue space, breathing, chewing, no headaches, more robust neck posture)
most change by fillers especially soft tissue work is gay af and if anything does harm to your function ( paralysis like botox, more fragile with freaking fluids under your skin)
