CCW rotation of maxilla, under eye support and side profile ascension

Only thing keeping me from reaching htn or even chadlite is my downward grown maxilla which provides me with zero under eye support and a weak side profile. I've definitely improved my side the last year through mewing (yes it works) and through completely changing my posture and bad habits such as mouth breathing and constantly slouching. That combined with a good diet and exercise has definitely contributed to this improvement. The weird thing is that i believe my side profile has gotten better because of my maxilla but still somehow my under eye support remains shit. I am genuinely aking for help here, what can i do to achieve more ccw rotation of the maxilla and thus improve under eye support. I've tried thumbpulling and belt pulling but unsure if they work. If anyone has managed to ascend their side profile and under eye support please share your secrets with me, I'll be forever grateful.

Putting hard ass pressure on your maxilla 24/7 while chin tucking wont change your bones and improve ccw? are u retarded? Im not saying that it works like magic but if you do it as consistently as i fucking do then yes youll se improvement after 1,5 years. I didnt see any significant improvement until like 6 months ago, it takes time

have to do way more than that, hormone optimazion, diet, gym, posture and more. If you do that it will make a difference, im living proof

How old? I have the same problem hopefully my sutures aren’t closed

idk what ur talking abt, I have ideal head posture, chin tucked, neck straight, shoulders in neutral position

Yes that's dr. Mews proponent of posture. There's another guy on youtube who thinks you can use your other muscles and tightened fascia to promote maxillary growth

At 17 I had very recessed very narrow round jaw MTN tier, ended up MTN shortly after turning 22, it grow slowly over the course of 5 years
increased bone mass doesnt impact bone position or suture manipulation or whatever its called

ditching mewing and thumbpulling and even masseter training ascended me (im capped at cutecel). overall less bloated because of it. you do you tho, waste of time imo just look into orthodontics.
