Teeth will be fine, as long as you use the middle 12 ones top and bottom (from incisor to incisor) cause guess what? They are literally made for pulling things away, thats their whole purpose. You also need to clench really really hard because the harder you bite on with those teeth the more the force will be transferred to the maxilla and mandible when you pull. But you are right, you shouldn’t go crazy and overdo it in the beginning especially when your teeth are not gonna be used to intense pulling at the beginning. When I started, I had to stop for 2 days because the soreness in my skull was too intense but after that I could resume and do it everyday
