Unless you have $50-$100k to throw at surgeries I suggest leaving psl before it does irreparable damage to your psyche. This is no environment for a neotenous looking Indian, you’re only going to become increasingly focused on how over it is and ruin any possibility of a personality halo

Nah he ain't that bad. Maybe he might not need surgery by losing bf and growing his hair out, his neotony is partially because he is fat atm.

(I tried morphing his nose and removing the fat from his cheeks but it didn't really turn out well jfl)

Glycolic acid can lighten that up some. Make sure it's at least 10% and use for a while.
