why am i seeing little to no changes after bone smashing?

Dudes will act like there is a wrong way to hit your face with a hammer

IT DOES NOT WORK REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU DO IT

IT IS A TEMPORARY SWELLING OF THE FACE

YOUR BONES WILL NOT CHANGE

The scar tissue will eventually get thicker which seems like the bone area got thicker so not completely cope

ive been bone smashing for about 3-4 months and ive only seen very little change in the areas. is there anything i could be doing to prevent changes?(not hitting hard enough ect )

its semipermanent scar tissue actually. Not just temporary.
